You'd never guess what is in our front room . . . yep . . . a record player!
Braden has been wanting one for years and for Christmas this year he got one! (I know, I know . . . Christmas hasn't come yet, but when Braden went home for Jenna's Graduation in October the entire family put up the Christmas tree and all the decorations so Christmas season has already begun . . . oh and the kids and I are already listening to Christmas music too!!!)
The front room has turned into a place to listen to music, read and play the guitar. Yep . . . I really enjoy hearing him listen to his music on his record player and see how much he is enjoying it. Then, when I hear/see him pick up his guitar and play along . . . well . . . it makes me smile!
So, if you are ever in our area you'll have to drop by just to have a cup of coffee and listen to the sound of some great songs on LP. Yep, in the age of MP3's, Brade's going old school (and loving every minute of it!)
